You’ll receive a company phone number and fax number that your business can use as its primary company line, giving you and your business the safety and privacy you desire. You won’t need to worry about solicitors or unwanted calls to your personal number. You’ll receive calls and faxes through these numbers. If a client leaves a voicemail, it will also be forwarded to your provided email address as a WAV file, so you’ll have access to listen to it wherever you are.
All faxes that your business receives will also be forwarded to your provided email address in a PDF format, giving you ease of access when you’re out on the job or meeting with a client. With voicemail and fax to email, you’ll always be on top of your game.
For voicemail, you’ll be provided with 2 distinct voicemail boxes, a primary business mailbox, and a personalized extension with a mailbox. Each mailbox comes with a customized prerecorded greeting.
