If a client leaves a voicemail, it will also be forwarded to your provided email address as a WAV file, so you’ll have access to listen to it wherever you are.
All faxes that your business receives will also be forwarded to your provided email address in a PDF format, giving you ease of access when you’re out on the job or meeting with a client. With voicemail and fax to email, you’ll always be on top of your game.
For voicemail, you’ll be provided with 2 distinct voicemail boxes, a primary business mailbox, and a personalized extension with a mailbox. Each mailbox comes with a customized prerecorded greeting.
